Please note the matrix assumes an average ceiling height of 2.4mm. The suitability of each stove is calculated by multiplying room height by room width by room depth and dividing by 14 which gives the average heating requirements for the room in kilowatts. In many cases, more than one stove is suitable due to overlaps in the heating outputs.
